Poem - 1
巍巍獨步向雲間
玉殿千官第一班
富貴榮華天付汝
福如東海壽如山
The first two lines indicate the advancement of officials, rising above the thousands of officials in the jade palace. The blessings of longevity and fortune are bestowed by heaven and are not easily obtainable, hence they should not be sought through divination. Those who receive this fortune are in a position like riding a tiger. If they can subdue the tiger, it will be auspicious; if not, they will be injured by the tiger. The phrase 'thousands of officials' may also be interpreted as 'immortal officials.'Thousand officials or celestial officials.
This fortune speaks of smooth aspirations and desires. All will go as planned, but each has its own focus.Officials who receive this fortune will experience a promotion. Scholars will have hopes for academic success. Common people will not be so fortunate. If seeking wealth through schemes, there will be fame without substance. The words are empty promises.
